If you want the hard drive you must purchase the iPF6450.

Ronronmartblog.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06815090271742112506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5826231802859523569.post-71352982053153244982015-02-16T14:14:33.643-08:002015-02-16T14:14:33.643-08:00Can you buy a hard drive to add to the 6400?Can you buy a hard drive to add to the 6400?Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00503202623493140228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5826231802859523569.post-48590935389501576172015-01-12T16:43:55.043-08:002015-01-12T16:43:55.043-08:00Peter,

While I really like the hard drive because it allows for PC free reprints, I wouldn't pay that much for it!

IIRC, you do need the hard drive to on the 6450 to use the calibration option (which perhaps is included in that $349 price) but even I haven't invested in that option.

Ronronmartblog.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06815090271742112506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5826231802859523569.post-40683238578789915192015-01-10T18:40:58.891-08:002015-01-10T18:40:58.891-08:00I have read your review and others on trying to de...I have read your review and others on trying to decide between a IPF6400 or a 7900. I decided to look into the IPF6450 but I am having a problem paying $3499.00 for a IPF6450 when I can buy a IPF6400 for $1899.00. If I read right the only difference is a 250GB hard Drive. So am I right to understand the price difference of the 6400 and the 6450 of $1600.00 is for a 250GB hard drive? I want to make sure I am not missing something..Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00829254809277376197noreply@blogger.com
