Go to whatismyip.com and post the ip it reports, plus the tracert info. You can do this in Windows using the following steps:
- Click Start
- Click Run
- Type command (cmd in Windows XP, 2000, and NT)
- Press Enter
- Type tracert $domain
- Press Enter
This will map out the router 'hops' that the connection takes to reach our server from your location. A bad router will cause the site to fail or be slow from your perspective. If you can paste the results into your response, we will be able to look into this further.
